Until joining Future Films to head its US operation, Simon was Vice President and General Counsel of PriceGrabber.com, a leader in online comparison shopping. Simon has a broad range of experience in business/corporate law (including mergers & acquisitions), intellectual property, entertainment and media law, licensing, and cross-border transactions. He was at leading international law firm Slaughter and May in London, and was a partner at Neff Law Group (which merged with Greenberg Glusker in 2004) where he represented some of the world’s leading software, internet and media companies. Simon serves on the board of the Technology Council of Southern California, and Chairs its LA Chapter. He was named a “Rising Star” among Southern California lawyers in 2005 and 2006 by Law & Politics and Los Angeles Magazine.
