Structured Finance: arranging finance and providing production services for Film and TV productionsFuture Films’ innovative financial strategies lead the market, making the most of the incentives available to film and television productions internationally.Future Films has established relationships with producers and financiers worldwide and can assist film and television productions globally and, in particular, in the UK, US, Europe, Canada and Australia.Future Films’ team of experts works in research and development to design products and create new opportunities aimed at both maximising investors’ returns and assisting producers in the most effective and innovative ways. Arranging Finance: we have extensive experience in assisting producers in arranging finance and combining different forms of public and private funding available in the various territories, tailoring the approach to develop the best scenario for each production. Provision of Production Services: as part of the financing of a project, we can also provide production services to film and television productions in various territories, such as the UK, US and Canada. Unlike most of its competitors, Future Films doesn’t just leave the investment at the studio door but weaves its array of services, including post-production and assistance in securing UK film distribution, into the financial package to keep the action going at minimum expense, protecting both the investment and the producer’s independence. Future Films' services will be recouped across territories from a combination of tax credits, pre-sales contracts, minimum guarantees and distribution advances (as well as other acceptable collateral) and, to a certain extent, from future sales.
